プライバシーポリシー
テレパシー（以下「本アプリ」）は、津田弘樹（以下「開発者」）が提供するiPhone向けアプリです。本アプリにおける利用者の情報の取り扱いについて説明します。
1. 開発者が集める情報
開発者は、利用者の個人情報やボードの内容を一切集めません。本アプリには、広告、行動の分析（アナリティクス）、トラッキングの仕組みは入っていません。開発者のサーバーへデータが送られることもありません。
2. ボードの保存場所
- 「このiPhone」に保存したボードは、利用者の端末の中にだけ保存されます。
- 「iCloud」に保存したボードは、利用者自身のiCloud（Appleのサービス）に保存され、同じApple IDの端末と同期されます。開発者がその内容を見ることはできません。
3. 「テレパシーを送る」機能
- リンクで送る場合、送るボードのデータは利用者自身のiCloudに置かれ、リンクを知っている人だけが読めます。データは30日後に自動で削除されます。
- ファイルで送る場合は、利用者が選んだアプリ（メッセージ、LINEなど）を通して、利用者が選んだ相手にだけ送られます。
- 送り主の名前とアイコン（利用者が設定したもの）がボードと一緒に相手へ届きます。
4. 写真
写真の読み込みは、利用者が選んだ写真だけを本アプリに取り込みます。書き出した画像を写真アプリに保存する時だけ、写真への追加の許可を求めます。
5. アプリ内課金
「Pro永久版」の購入はAppleのApp Storeで処理されます。支払い情報を開発者が受け取ることはありません。
6. 子どものプライバシー
本アプリは、年齢を問わず個人情報を集めません。
7. 変更
このポリシーを変更する場合は、このページで知らせます。

Privacy Policy
Telepathy (“the app”) is an iPhone app provided by Hiroki Tsuda (“the developer”). This policy explains how the app handles your information.
1. Information the developer collects
The developer does not collect any personal information or the contents of your boards. The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking, and sends no data to the developer’s servers.
2. Where your boards are stored
- Boards saved “On This Device” are stored only on your device.
- Boards saved “In iCloud” are stored in your own iCloud (an Apple service) and synced across devices signed in with the same Apple ID. The developer cannot see them.
3. Send Telepathy
- When you send a link, the board’s data is placed in your own iCloud and can be read only by people who have the link. It is deleted automatically after 30 days.
- When you send a file, it goes only to the people you choose, through the app you choose (Messages, a chat app, etc.).
- Your sender name and icon (as you set them) are delivered with the board.
4. Photos
Only the photos you pick are imported into the app. The app asks for permission to add to your photo library only when you save an exported image there.
5. In-app purchase
Purchases of Pro (Lifetime) are processed by Apple’s App Store. The developer does not receive your payment information.
6. Children’s privacy
The app does not collect personal information from anyone, of any age.
7. Changes
Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page.
